Money making Ideas: How to turn your passion into profit

There are a lot of articles that have been written on money making ideas. My idea in this article money making, will be based on how to profit from your passion. The key thing about money making, is based on the ability tom create value or make a difference in other peoples lives based on your skill, talent, passion, or even mere sharing of your experiences in life. However, this will not happen unless you intentionally ask your self very important questions which will reveal your core desire. Yes mean core desire. What do you want to achieve from your passion? What value do you want to create or contribute in the life of others? How are you going to make this possible?

There are three ideas which are normally repeated on how to contribute and therefore profit from your passion. These are:

In this article I'll try to explore and expand these concepts and how to possibly translate the ideas to reality - making money from your passion.

Discover what you're passionate about

The call to discover what you're passionate about is a bold one. It has to do with the things that hold your attention because you care about it. Sometimes your purpose in life could built around your passion. What are you passionate about? How can you become good at it with the result that people could be willing to pay you for doing it. Lets take a hypothetical example. you are an artist who is interested in drawing portraits. How can you invest more time toimprove your talent so as to become better at your work.

According to Frances Coombes, in her book self - motivation:

The abilities and talents at which you excel are often indicators of where your life pupose lies -especially if you enjoy doing these things

Figure out how you can use it to serve others

Is there any way you use your artistic skill to serve others? This is the principle of contribution and leverage. You want to create value in other peoples life by figuring out who will benefit from your skills, knowledge and abilities. From our example, as an artist who is good in making portraits, how can you use it to serve others? Who might be interested in your portraits? Where can you find them? Mothers for example will need the portraits of their children. These children can be found through schools. Can it for example be used as a gift for a birthday or just as a present?

How can you spread your message and mmake money as a result? Can you write a book or eBook about your hobby. Is it possible to create a website where you can show your presence and sell your products at the same time? Can you develop workshops and seminars to show case your talent.?

The key idea here is to be able to create a desire amongst your customers on benefits of your passion. You need to be clear as per the ways it will impact the lives of your customers. The more your idea help them to make meaning to their lives the more will buy into your ideas, beliefs, products or services.

The key to success in business is how you leverage information.
